Alu-Flex structural aluminum framing system. We offer economical standard
configurations that are easily customized to conform with your
application.
Custom workstations can be easily
designed based on ergonomic factors such as, working height of the
workstation, arm reach, etc. Be it a standard or custom workstation, we can
usually ship within a few days.

| This is possible by using the Alu-Flex structural aluminum framing system and a variety of standard work surface
materials like, wood butcher block, laminates, and ESD compliant tops. We
cut and machine all the different components to the workstation in our
facility. Then we can either ship it as a kit to be assembled by your own
personnel or assembled in our facility and shipped complete. All of our workstations feature an exposed
T-slot on the back side of the work surface. This allows us to mount a
variety of accessories and modules.
A variety of standard accessories are also
available. Extension frames, tool & work light hangers, grab
trays, information holders are available. Shuttle and parts carts can be
designed into the workstation system. Or if you have a unique solution
send us a sketch and we can design and build your own custom accessory.
Flow racks mounted on casters can be easily
designed and built using the Alu-Flex structural aluminum framing system to
create a flexible and economical solution to your component presentation
problem.
